We're starting off 2025 with a major announcement:

Noodle is now Glade.ai

Why the name change? you ask, well, we loved our branding with Noodle and I know many of our customers did too, but as our business has grown we wanted primarily to own a brand online that was our own. We didn't want to compete with 3 other "noodle"'s. The engagement around our product was and is increasing incredibly fast - and the entire team felt it was the right time to make the switch to a brand that we owned and one that can help us scale even faster than we already are.

Why Glade.ai?

Glade means a clearing in the forest: a respite from chaos, one caused by the never ending stream of applications one has to use to run a business, software was meant to alleviate boring grunt work, but we have managed to create a never ending daisy chain of tools one has to battle many times a day to get anything done.

Our product has not changed, while our name may have, we still provide the highest level of automation that is possible with a unique set of Ai Agents and Workflows that reduce human busywork. Best of all Glade.ai can be customized for your unique business needs.

Our commitment to our customers has not changed, in fact, we have doubled down and grown our Nashville based Client Success Management team. We're so thrilled to be investing in TN and growing our presence there. In addition to our CSM function which is growing we have also built out a team of Customer Service representatives in the Philippines, the CS team supports all our customers and their clients in 8 hour shifts per day - we hope to increase this to 12hrs per day by June 1st this year with a goal for a 24x7 coverage by the end of 2025. We want the customer service experience you receive within glade.ai to be the best in class and we are committing publicly to these dates.

Our investment in core technology has not changed, we remain one of the only Ai companies that has vast horizontal workflows and agents specific to many verticals within Law and other service businesses. Within each legal vertical for example, our agentic and workflow based solutions perform critical tasks like helping with petition prep that meets the highest standards in quality - essentially submissions to government bodies. This level of quality is only possible with the incredible work performed by our Product Teams under Head of Product, Marcus Garceau and recently Principal Product Manager Vinod Muralidhar who leads our India Operations. The developers at Glade.ai lead by CTO Mikael Arneborn and the Design Team led by Anton Pikhorovych are all poised to ship what I believe to be a giant leap forward compared to conventional SaaS based softwares. The future truly is an Ai augmented future and the effects on labor output will be 10x more profound than the technological waves that preceded it. We're committed to invest in the bleeding edge of these agentic and workflow based solutions for our customers!

We're so grateful for a stellar 2024 and are excited about the opportunities this new year, 2025, holds for glade.ai but most of all for all the businesses that are using our product to grow.
